PortfolioIQ is a trading performance intelligence platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyze user-submitted trade history and generate behavioral analysis reports ("Leak Reports"). The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

• Upload malicious files, attempt to compromise system security, or interfere with Service operation
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limitations
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as professional financial advice to others

The Service does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All reports, scores, and suggestions are AI-generated educational content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abuse of the Service, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PortfolioIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
